You may be about to hear from a lawyer representing Digital Rights, LLC, who claim to have a patent (6,799,165) covering all of the ways to store, download, display, sell, etc any type of digital media. They may be outraged, outraged I say, that you are doing any of this aforesaid storing, downloading, displaying or selling of ebooks.

Of course all you have to do to assuage their wrath and litigiousness is respond within 60 days agreeing to pay them at least $500 per month and.5% of gross sales. And you had better respond quickly because after that the demand becomes $1500 per moth and 1.5% of gross sales.

To which my response could be summed up as:
